Wish List Wednesday; NARS Edition

Time for another wish list Wednesday. I decided to do another one because the Sephora Sale is coming up and I thought this would be a great way to show you all some items that I am interested in and maybe you will be as well. So here is all the NARS items I am interested in

Radiant Creamy Concealer

This concealer is literally all the rage around the beauty community and I have yet to try it. This product is supposed to be hydrating and have skin care benefits that creates a smoother and softer complexion. The formula of this concealer is supposed to blur imperfections and fine lines or wrinkles.

The Multiple in Orgasm

This product seems interesting to me. This product is in a stick form and it is a multipurpose, cream to powder product. This product can be used to highlight, sculpt and on the eyes, lips, cheek and body. This product comes in multiple colors ranging from sheer to bronze. The shade Orgasm is a peachy pink shimmer.

Satin Lip Pencil

I have one of this lip pencils in a mini size and I have fallen in love with it and I want more. These lip pencils come in many shades and they are pigmented. These lip pencils are creamy and have a nice satin finish. This product also claims to last all day.

All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation

This is a brand new foundation out by NARS. This is an oil free foundation that claims to be lightweight and last 16 hours. This foundation is also supposed to give full, natural looking coverage with just one drop! This foundation is a bit pricey but it might be worth it, if you only need one drop this product may last a very long time.

Light Reflecting Pressed Setting Powder

This is a weightless translucent powder. This product is supposed to create a light matte finish that still looks luminous in the light. This powder is also supposed to enhance the look of foundation while extending the makeup wear time. The formula of this powder is supposed to make it apply evenly and blend easily.

Wish List Wednesday; Smashbox Edition

I haven't done a wish list in what feels like years. So today I decided today list all the items I wish I could have from Smashbox. Here is what is on my wish list.

Liquid Halo HD Foundation

This foundation has an SPF of 15 and it contains a "light responsive technology" so you skin will always have a luminous finish. This HD formula creates an even finish that is supposed to be undetectable to the eye. This foundation is a sheer to medium coverage. I am always willing to try new foundations and this one looks promising.

Full Exposure Palette

This eye shadow palette has 14 neutral colors; 7 are matte shade and the other 7 are shimmer. These shadows are supposed to be very pigmented and are created to work with every skin tone and eye shape. This palette comes with a duo ended brush, a 24 hour eye primer and a eye shape chart (this is designed to show you how to use eye shadows to enhance your natural eye shape.

Telephoto 3 in 1 Face Brush

This is a duo fiber brush that can achieve full, medium or light coverage. This brush can be used with powder or liquid foundations. Simply twist and click the brush to the level of coverage you want. I. really like the idea behind this brush and would love to try it and see if it really lives up to the claims.

Photo Finish Primer Water

This primer water is suppose to hydrate and color correct the skin. This product gives the benefits or priming, hydration and sheer radiance. This primer is free of silicone, alcohol and oil. This primer water is also supposed to awaken the skin while keeping it hydrated and ultra soft. This product is all the rage on YouTube right now and a ton of Beauty Gurus are raving that is works. I would love to try it and see if it lives up to its claims. Since I have dry skin, I am always looking for a product to give my skin a boost of hydration.

Fusion Soft Lights in Baked Starburst
This disc contains 5 shimmery colors that can be used to add a glow to the skin. Baked Starburst contains golden tan, soft peach, tan, champagne and bronze shimmer colors. These soft shades can be layered together and dusted onto cheeks, temples, the nose, or on the lids for a glowing look.

Wish List Wednesday; Drugstore Edition

We all know that drugstore make up items are usually cheaper than the higher end equivalents, but there are still items at the drugstore that I haven't tried yet or that I am unsure about spending the money on. Here are all the drugstore items that are on my wish list.

1. Nyx Butter Glosses

I have heard so much about these glosses that this product has been on my wish list for a long time. I finally picked one up, which I will be showing in an upcoming drugstore haul (be on the lookout). However, having one of these glosses has made me want more. These glosses are silky smooth and apply sheer but can be built up for a medium color. I love that these glosses can be applied easily over lipstick.

2. ELF Mineral Pearls

I have only seen this product sold online but it is still on my wish list. These pearls create a sheer wash of color which will compliment any skin tone. These pearls come in two shades; the natural shade is supposed to boost your skin's natural radiance and the balancing shade creates a more even skin tone. I want both.

3. Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick

This is a creamy gel foundation in a stick. This foundation creates a matte powder finish. This ultra lightweight foundation contains an anti-shine core that is supposed to instantly dissolve excess oil. The reason I have yet to purchase this product is I haven't heard much about it being good for dry skin.


4. Revlon ColorStay Ultimate Suede Lipstick

This lipstick has a velvety soft texture. This product is formulated with Shea Butter and aloe to provide moisture to lips and to create a comfortable wear. This lipstick is supposed to be food-proof and it doesn't quit. Once you apply this lipstick it is good to go all day long.


5. Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda Concealer Palette

This palette can only be purchased at Target. With Target Canada closing (still not emotionally ready) I wasn't able to pick it up in time. This palette comes in both a light and medium shade. This palette contains two concealers, one more yellow in tone and the other more pink in tone, a neutralizer to cover any redness and a setting powder, to set everything.

Wish List Wednesday; Clinique Edition

Its that time again where we ask ourselves, "what is on my wish list?". On this wish list Wednesday, I am focusing on Clinique products

1) Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief

This is a moisturizer that provides the skin with hydration for 24 hours. This is a lightweight product, which also improves the look of fine lines, flakiness and tightness. This product also cools and refreshes the skin for soft and smooth complexion. This moisturizer is good for all skin types.


2) Beyond Perfecting Concealer + Foundation

This product is an oil-free concealer and foundation formula which creates a natural look that lasts all day. This is a lightweight and breathable foundation that provides hydration and combats oil. This is a new product.

3) Chubby Stick Intense Color Balm in the color 08 Grandest Grape

This color balm has a tint halfway between sheer and opaque, providing enough tint to notice you are wearing something but not in a in-your-face way. This product is formulated with mango and Shea butters which gives the lips a dose of hydration. The color Grandest Grape is a deep raspberry color.

4) Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm

This cleanser goes on as a solid balm and transforms into an oil dissolving makeup and sunscreens. This product is lightweight and has a non-greasy formula. This cleansing balm is supposed to be suitable for all skin types.

5) Even Better Makeup with SPF 15

This is a liquid foundation that makes brightens the skin and evens out the over all tone of the skin. This product is a medium to full coverage foundation and is supposed to be long lasting. This product is also oil free.

Wishlist Wednesday - Tarte

I find Tarte is one of the brands that has a lot of great products because of this it is really hard to decided what to try. Here is five items from Tarte that I want to try

Amazonian Clay Airbrush Foundation

I have heard north but good things about this product. This is a powder foundation that provides medium coverage and it is supposed to last for 12 hours. This powder is also feels light weight on the skin. I have heard that this product can be built up making it perfect for everyone. I also like that this powder can be used as a setting powder as well. This product works the best if it is used with the Kabuki brush.

Amazonian Butter Lipstick in Golden Pink

This lipstick is a beautiful light pink with warm undertones. These butter lipsticks adds a rich color and shine to the lips. The Amazonian Butter Lipsticks have a very creamy texture. These lipsticks are formulated with different butter to deliver moisture to the lips to help soothe dry, cracked and mature lips.

Power Pigment in Fearless

This lip tint is a pink coral color. These lip tints are infused with vitamins and Shea butter to give lips a boost of moisture. These lip tints also have a bold color payoff. Tarte formulated these lip tints after the newly designed cheek stains. The lip tints are designed to make skin more vibrant and bright.

Gifted Mascara

This mascara is all the rage right now on YouTube. This is a volumizing mascara infused with Amazonian clay. This mascara also has reparative properties. With every swipe of this mascara, it hydrate and  replenishes dry and brittle lashes preventing lash fallout. This mascara also strengthens lashes. The clay in the mascara keeps it in place for a long wearing flake free mascara.

Kiss & Belle Set

I wrote about this holiday set here. This is a eight piece set containing the LipSurgence lip tints and lip glosses. All the colors in the set are limited edition. Each lip tint and gloss deliver moisture to the lips. These lip tints also provide great color payoff.

Wishlist Wednesday- Skin Care Edition

It is that time of the month where we ask ourselves "what is on my wish list". Today, my wish list is going to focus on skin care products. All of my wish list items are high end products.

GlamGlow's Thisrtymud

I have a deluxe sample size of this product and I have absolutely fallen in love with it. This product is a hydration mask treatment. You basically spread this all over your face and leave it on for 10 minutes and then you rinse it off. I have been told sleeping in this mask is the best because it absorbs into your skin. This mask moisturizes, restores, replenishes, and calms the skin.

Caudalie Grape Water

I purchased the travel size of this product and I love it. This product is an 100 per cent plant water, which is collected during the harvest of grapes. This enriched water soothes, refreshes and hydrates the skin. What I love about this product is the fact it calms the redness on my face. This product does have a scent but I can only smell it when I am spraying it on my face.

Forero LUNA mini

This is a facial cleansing brush that channels T-sonic. This product has tiny silicone 'points' for a deep and gentle cleaning. This product is like the Clarisonic. However, I have heard that the LUNA mini is more gentle on sensitive skin, its has more usages per charge and you don't have to buy replacement heads because the 'points' are silicone (this also makes it more hygienic).

LUSH Toner Tabs

These are little tabs that have essential oils in them. To use these tabs, you fill a medium-size bowl containing very hot water and drop in a toner tab. Immediately drape a towel over your head and the bowl to let the steam deliver the essential oils to your skin. Once the tab has finished fizzing, remove the towel and gently pat your face dry. You can even put the water into a spray bottle and use it as a toner for the next two days. These toner tabs come in two different types; Dream Steam, which is suitable for sensitive skin and Tea Tree, which is suitable for oily skin.

Avene Lip Cream with Cold Cream

This product is a lip cream that soothes and repairs even the driest lips. This product repairs the skin on your lips while soothing and softening the skin. This combo gives your lips an instant comfort. This lip cream is intended for dry, chapped or cracked lips following extreme climate change or drying medical treatments.
